Disclaimer: Our Live Stream Software has successfully served many clients providing high quality video and streaming services, however all software, at times, can fail. In the unlikely event of a software failure, you will continue to have an HD video file of your podcast. If a software failure occurs and you decide have our tech restart the system, to restart the live stream, you will be charged for the extra time (provided there is not another session booked after you). You may also opt to continue recording your show, although live streaming will no longer be available. Your $40 payment is for the video file of your show, not the live steam. Provided there is no issue with the video recording, you will not be reimbursed for live stream software failures beyond our control.
